License questions
What buyers actually ask.

What exactly do I get when I buy a template?
A Showit project file (a .showit template you import into your account), a written install guide, and a short video walkthrough. Every page shown in the preview is included and fully editable — text, images, colors, fonts, and layout. You also get free updates to that template for life.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Everything is built in Showit's drag-and-drop editor. If you can move a box and type in a text field, you can run this site. If you want to go further, there are custom CSS snippets documented in the install guide.
How long does it take to launch?
Most customers are live the same afternoon. Import the template, swap in your images and words, connect your domain. We recommend 2–3 hours for a thoughtful first pass; the install guide has a checklist.
Can I use one template for more than one site?
Each license covers a specific number of sites. Personal and Commercial cover one live site. Extended covers unlimited sites for one brand and permits resale of the finished site to a client.
What if I need a refund?
Email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full — no interrogation required. Because templates are digital downloads, we do ask that you delete the files. The one exception is a custom build, which is covered separately in your proposal.
Who processes card payments?
Cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle is PCI DSS Level 1 certified and collects and remits sales tax and VAT for you. Your card details never touch our servers.
