License agreement

1. Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use, modify, and publish the template as a website built on Showit, subject to the tier below.

• Personal — one live site, for your own brand or business. No client work.
• Commercial — one live site, client work permitted, one project at a time.
• Extended — unlimited live sites for one brand, client work permitted, and resale of the finished website to a single client per build.

2. What you may do

You may edit any page, section, color, font, image, and layout. You may add or remove pages. You may keep one unpublished staging or test copy. You may use templates as the starting point for client work where your tier permits it.

3. What you may not do

The license is for using the design, not for reselling the design itself.

• You may not resell, sublicense, give away, or redistribute the template files, whether modified or not.
• You may not include the template files in another template, theme, UI kit, or marketplace product.
• You may not publish the template as a 'free' or 'premium' template download resource.
• You may not use the design files to train a generative design model for commercial resale.

4. Ownership

Aurelia Studio retains ownership of the design files. You own your content, your photography, your brand assets, and the finished website.

5. Third-party assets

Photography shown in the template previews is licensed to Aurelia Studio for demonstration only and is not transferred with a purchase. You must replace it with imagery you have the right to use. Fonts are licensed separately by their foundries and are typically available under open licenses (for example Google Fonts); where a font requires a commercial license, the guide will tell you.

6. Attribution

No visible attribution is required on any tier. You may remove all Aurelia credits.

7. Support and updates

Template updates are provided for the life of the template and may be downloaded from your order page. Email support runs for 12 months (Personal and Commercial) or 24 months (Extended).

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach its restrictions. On termination you must stop using the design and remove it from your sites. Sections on ownership and liability survive termination.
