No. Everything is built in Showit's drag-and-drop editor. If you can move a box and type in a text field, you can run this site. If you want to go further, there are custom CSS snippets documented in the install guide.

Most customers are live the same afternoon. Import the template, swap in your images and words, connect your domain. We recommend 2–3 hours for a thoughtful first pass; the install guide has a checklist.

Each license covers a specific number of sites. Personal and Commercial cover one live site. Extended covers unlimited sites for one brand and permits resale of the finished site to a client.

Email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full — no interrogation required. Because templates are digital downloads, we do ask that you delete the files. The one exception is a custom build, which is covered separately in your proposal.

Cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle is PCI DSS Level 1 certified and collects and remits sales tax and VAT for you. Your card details never touch our servers.

Yes, under the same 14-day promise. Refunds are issued in the same currency at the USD value of the original order, to the refund address you provide. Network fees are not refundable.

Prices are listed in USD. Paddle converts at checkout using your card issuer's rate, and crypto invoices lock in the exchange rate at the moment you generate them.

Yes. Aurelia templates are built for Showit 3.0 and import into any Showit account on any plan. Your Showit subscription is separate from your template purchase.

Installation, template bugs, and any question about how a section was built. We do not write custom code or redesign sections for you, but we will always point you in the right direction. Support is by email, and we reply within one business day.
