1. Who we are

Aurelia Studio, LLC, 2211 Ocean Park Ave, Suite 4, Santa Monica, CA 90405. You can reach us at hello@aurelia.studio. Our templates are digital products delivered electronically; there is no physical shipment.

2. Your order

An order is formed when your payment is authorised and we show an order confirmation page with an order number. Prices are displayed in US dollars and are exclusive of any sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, a payment dispute, or a violation of the license terms. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.

3. Payment

Card, wallet, and PayPal payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles the collection of payment, applicable taxes, invoicing, and refunds for those transactions.

Cryptocurrency payments are processed by a third-party, non-custodial payment processor. We do not hold customer funds at any point. Crypto invoices lock an exchange rate for a limited window; if the payment is not received within that window, the invoice expires and a new quote is required.

Where an underpayment is received, we will contact you to settle the difference or refund the partial amount, at your option.

4. Delivery

Downloads are unlocked immediately on the order confirmation page and are also emailed to the address you provided. If your email address is incorrect, contact support and we will recover the order using the order number.

Download links are personal to your order. Sharing them publicly is a breach of these terms.

5. License

Your purchase is a license, not a sale of the design files. The scope of use — number of sites, client work, resale of a finished site — is defined in the license agreement you selected at checkout.

Preview photography is not included and is not licensed to you.

6. Support and updates

Every purchase includes email support for the period shown on your license, and template updates for the life of the template. Support covers installation, template defects, and questions about how a section was built. It does not include custom development, redesign, or content entry.

We aim to reply within one business day.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use our templates, or any part of them, to build a competing template product, to train a generative model for resale, or in any way that infringes third-party rights. You may not remove license notices from files you redistribute where redistribution is permitted.

8. Liability

Our templates are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, or indirect damages.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the version published on the date of purchase; the current version applies to the website going forward.
